Melaka bandaraya bersejarah

After so long tak berjalan memana sejak ade budak kecik comey ni, finally my inlaws family planned a cuti2 Malaysia.. Our destination?.. Melaka bandaraya bersejarah.

Day 1: We arrived Melaka just before Friday prayers. We stayed at a homestay yangbiras I carikan kt area Cheng. Since our family ni besar, so homestayis a better choice.. ye la..kalau sewa hotel bpe bilik nak amikkan..lgpon senang lg nak manage family kalau homestay ni..hehe..OKsambung cerita..petang 2 kami tak buat ap2 pon..just relax kt homestayafte long hour journey especially for my inlaws yang datang dr Perak..At around 6 pm we all keluar. Our target malam ni ade 2..first nak g rivercruise and lepas 2 makan kat umbai..This is my first time naik rivercruisse..quite ok la the journey..sebab dalam cruisse 2 ade cerita pasal general about Melaka and places yang penting2 along the river. It took us about 30 minutes la to complete the journey..and since journey dia malam,so tak panas la..hehehe..jom tgk some of pix during our rivercruisse

Gambo wajib sementara tngu bot..the familia..hehehe

R u ready??..hehe

Muiz muke pelik je bile mak nayah dia ni begambo..hihihi

Nyawaku..

Ok..lepas settle rivercruisse ni, Iols bergerak plak g umbai..restoran pilihan konpom la Parameswara ..However, time iols sampai, dah tak banyak dah seafood coz dah lewat la jgak..so FIL took some ikan, sotong n kerang..sorry gambo takede coz time ni budak busuk 2 dah resah xmo diam..ye la..dah pass bedtime dia kot..hehehe

End of Day 1

---------------------

Day 2: Haa..this is where the journey really begin..the plan today is just to go for sightseeing around bandar Melaka.. to be specific, Bandar Hilir. We went to Menara Taming Sari, A'famosa, Muzium Kesultanan Melakaand naik beca. Best jgak la coz dah bertahun lamanya since our last time datang Melaka..and since datang kali ni ramai2 so lg best la..sebab byk geng..hikhik

Blanje picture sementara Menara taming sari ni tgh naik..hehehe

rilex2 sat kt area Stadthuys

Satu lagi..hihihi

Kesian abg beca ni bawak tiga gajaha sekeluarga..hehehe

A'famosa!..

before Masuk Muzium Kesultanan Melaka

Ngan Hang Tuah n Hang Jebat..hihihi..

With my inlaws

Our last perhentian is at Taman Mini Malaysia dan Taman ASEAN. Kat cni dapat la tgk rumah2 setiap negeri..syok la jgak tgk tmpat 2 dah cantik n tak gelap cm time p 20 years ago..hikhikhik..

Lepas lawat Taman Mini Malaysia, we alls pon balikhomestay..Sume flat time ni coz bejalan dr pagi tak ingat dunia..sudahnya hubby bungkus makanan je bawak balik umah coz Muizdah tido kepenatan..

Oh, nak share satu menda..after melawat tempat2 kat banda hilir we decided nak makan tghari kat foodcourt depan muzium samudra..So sebab tak tau kedai mana nak makan, kami pegi je la kt one of the kedai yang dekat ngan tangga..but sadly, makanan kat kedai2 sangat2 xsedap..asam pedas ikan dia xrasa asam pedas pon..but sebab lapa, iols mkn je la..the worst thing is, ade some of our family members yang kene sakit perut..we suspect sebab one of the gulai lemak..sedih la..nak meniaga, meniaga la elok2..teus I band xkn mknkat kedai 2 sampai bila2..

Ok, cukup membebel..tido dulu..sok sambungjourney lagi..ZZZZzzzz

End of Day 2
---------------------------------
Day 3

Orait..today target utama adalah Zoo Melaka..So lepas sarapan pagi yang FIL beli kt kedai, we all check out rumah homestay and terus ke Zoo Melaka. JOm layan few pictures of us at Zoo Melaka

I was so impressed with the Zoo pnya setting. FYI, I tak pernah lg g Zoo Melaka. So kira first timer la ni..The Zoo was set up visitor friendly..contoh cm avian pnya setting, kita akan masuk dalam sangkar yang dalamnya ada burung2 n binatang2 yang boleh bebas bergerakkt sekeliling..Kita akan berjalan atas platform yang kt bawah kita ada kijang etc.. interesting ang interactive especially for kids kn..so dorang boleh appreciate nature further..yang paling I suka is elephant feeding..Muiz dpt la feed gajah2 ni.. it's a nice experience la..hehe

okthat's all folks..kalau korang ada masa bolehla g Melaka..actually ada byk l tmpt kami xp lg..but save it for next time laa..klu sume dh  nnti xde mnda nk tk l kt Melaka ni kn..hehe

till then.. XOXOXOXO

A mother's bestfriend

Hi readers..
Ari ni I nak share sket pengalaman pencarian breastpump I.. Alhamdulillah my son now dah masuk 4 bulan and I dah start keje since September..sejak Muiz dalsm perut lg I dah determined nak try to give him exclusive bf as long as I can.And alhamdulillah Allah bg I rezeki yang melimpah ruah tuk bfkn anak I.. Kalau uols ingag, I sbenanya dah bli dah single pump brand Tommee Tippeebefore Muiz lahir lg..but since my production is high, I decided to buy dual pump..ye la..jimat sket masa nak pam dua2 boobs and xde la rugi bile ada letdown..hehe..

The first thought masa nak bli dual breastpump ni is ofcourse la nak beli Medela Freestyke kn..ye la..since that is the only product yang mobile..leh bawak merata2..dah gile2 survay ni nak bli kt mane yang affordable..sbb cm korang sedia tau la kn..medela freestyle ni mmg mahai..huhuhu..masa duk survey2 ni bru la I tau kenapa ada yg jual mahal n ade yg murah sket..bezanya terletak pada warrantynya (dah rasa cm cite pak belalang je..hehehe).. Just to let youguys yang newbies tau yang kt Malaysia, warranty Medela ni covered by Lactaquip.. So ade setengah seller jual set yang direct from uk, us etc..so yang ni xde warranty Lactaquip tau..some seller cover warranty by themselves..only set yang bli from switzerland je yang covered by Lactaquip..dulu Lactaquip terima jgak servis yang model brought from other places ni..tp harga servis mahal..but now dah tak terima tah.. so pilihan ditangan kotang la ek..

Ok sambung cita semula.. I dah tetapkan iman ni nak bli Medela Freestyle..tinggal tngu gaji je nk bli..tp nak dijadikan cerita, my friend, Sha told me about Spectra M1..kebetulan she just went to a baby expo mase the previous meekend. Dia bgtau spectra dah ade model yang mobile cm freestyle..I pon ape lg, terus gugel..and wow..mmg menarik..harga pon 1/3 daripada meppMedela Freestyle.. I contact terus Spectra Hq nd lucky enough they got te stock and ade promotion..so I ckp I nak n I akan p sndiri kt HQ tuk amik esok..gelojoh kn..hahaha!..peduli ape I..janji dapat...sebab stock dorang limited and kalau nak tngu stok baru amik masa sket la..

So the next day I went to the HQ and beli Spectra M1 yang dihajati..terus jd xsaba nak try..blik opis I terus try and wallah..It is value for money..actually it value more than money..hehehe..mmg puasati..in less than 10 minutes I can pump up to 10oz..alhamdulillah..mummy is very happy..terus dah xingat Medela Freestyle..

Just to share with youguys..ectra punya suction ni agak kuat ye..for me yang anak lalaki yang kuat menyedut ni mmg best la..but maybe ade some of you yan tak tahan..so my advise is, go to breastpump kedai yang ade bg set untuk test..lepas 2 bru youguys pilih nak bli yang mana..lately i tgk cm dah mula byk breastpump yang mobile..tgk bajet n function..kalau ade baby baru nnti mungkin I nak kecek hubby adiahkan I medela freestyle idaman hati jgak..tp kne peknen dulu..hihihi
XOXOXOXO

Vaksinasi

Hi sume! (bajet byk sgt pembaca..wakakaka!..)

Today aku n anakanda kesayangan ku pergi ke UKMSC untuk 2 months vaccination. Prof Bilkis check Muiz and he is perfectly fine..Dah pandai bg respond bila di agah..seronok tgk dia cm2..after Prof jab Muiz with the vaccination, we sat down and discuss a bit more of the vaccination. Prof Bilkis suggest Muiz to get two additional vaccination as addedd protection for babies which are Pneumococcal vaccination and Rotavirus vaccination. Aku cm dah tak berapa ingat pasal this thing..ye la dah lama tinggalkan dunia bioperubatan..tp yang aku ingat, this two organism caused penyakit yang dahsyat jgak la..

Jom review sket ape Pneumococcal and Rotavirus ni..

Jom try minum botol

Hola!

Rasanya korang suma dah tau yang aku dah beli set Tommie Tippie tuk anak aku meneruskan penyusuan selepas aku habis pantang nanti..dah mula kerja la 2..hehehe..BTW,atas nasihat orang2 sekeliling aku, dorang ckp jgn bg botol awal sangat nnti dia nipple confusion..so aku n husband decide tuk ajar dia botol selepas sebulan umor dia..

Hari ni, pagi2 aku dah pam susu..n masukkan kt botol comey TT.. skeptikal jgak la time ni..mau ke anak aku menyusu ngan botol?..mengamuk ke dia nnti..kawan aku ckp, first time budak2 akan menangis xmau botol..dalam otak mmg dah prepared mentally for the worse la..huhuhu..

memandangkan org ckp, ibu xboleh bg susu sendiri kt anak pasal nnti bau ibu 2 ade, knpem dia tak mau menyusu..so hubby la yang kna amik tanggungjawab ni kn..hehehe..so hubby pon bc doa makan n try masukkan puting kt mulut Muiz, n alhamdulillah anak aku tak tolak botol susu dia..dibaham terus susu sampai habis..alhamdulillah..

Ujian kecil untuk kami

Pada usia anak aku 5 hari, ALLAH duga kami dengan ujian kecil ni..

Anak aku kna jaundice. bilirubin level dah sampai 311 and terus kna admit to hospital..doktor bg 3 lampu UV tuk anak aku..sebab level tinggi sgt n takut ade complication pada baby if level terus naik..seriously, sayu sangat hati bila tengok anak kat dalam lampu biru 2 but aku xda pilihan..dengan juraian air mata aku meneman anak aku sepanjang 2 hari kt sana..

banyak org yang nasihat suh bg anak mkn mcm2 tuk turunkan kuning anak..suh mkn halwa kundur la..susu kambing la..aku yang stresssbb takut klu bg lg naik..pasal ade kes yang cm2..last2 aku n suami pilih untuk tak beri apa2 pon mkanan or susu pd anak selain susu ibu (susu aku la 2)..yyang aku amalkan makan anggur n kurma pasal dengan harapan khasiat 2 sampai ke anak..org kata kurma dan anggur boleh bersihkan darah n makanan yang disarankan Rasulullah. n alhamdulillah tahap bilirubin anakku makin turun n terus turun..

Kalau korang nak tau lanjut pasal jaundice, boleh baca kat cni : BabyCenter.com

The Grand Arrival

Ok, jom sambung cerita..

Pukul 1 pagi, aku terus dimasukkan kat dewan bedah..sebab contraction regular n dorang dah pecahkan air ketuban tuk keluarkan anakku dari persembunyiannya..hehehe..masuk je dewan bedah, aku dibawa ke bilik bersalin while hubby kne uruskan all this administration procedure..sampai je kt bilik, nurse suh salin baju, n baring kt katil..aku diberi ubat tuk buang air coz nak minimizekan berak masa bersalin..lepas cucuk ubat berak tuh kt bontot, terus aku kna suh p toilet..but sebab aku dah berak b4 g spital ari2, xde mnde dah nak aku keluarkan..sakit perutnye ade tp tinjanya tak ada dah..wakakaka!..so lepas dah settle bisnes kt bilik air tuh, aku g blik ke bilik bersalin aku..nurse pakaikan aku sume peralatan tuk monitor baby..aku tnye la nurse, kalau aku nak g toilet cne?..dah berselirat badan ngan wayar..nurse ckp, xle g toilet dah..gulpp..abis2 kalau sakit perut cne? (bodoh kn soalan aku?)..nurse ckp, buang je kt katil ni..(?????)..lepas dah pasang sume mnde 2 wayar ni, aku rasa contraction makin kuat..ye la air ketuban dah pecah..so maknanya, anak aku kne paksa kuar la kn..pasal tmpt main2 dia dah nak kering..aku ngadu kt nurse ckp sakit..dia bgtau mmg akan sakit n dorang nak contraction tuh rasa setiap 10 minit..WHATT???..setiap 10 minit untuk 6 jam?..

So bile sume dah settle, doktor oncall datang periksa aku..dia ckp, pakar O&G aku akan sampai kul 6 pg nnti tuk sambut anak aku..so aku pk mase 2 xpe la bukan anak aku nak kuar skrg pon..makin lama, makin sakit..makin lama makin sakit..sib baik la suami aku ade kt sebelah..pgg tgn aku, comfortkan aku..n sama2 selawat ngan aku..sgt penting ye korang untuk ada suami kt sisi time nak bersalin..seroiusly, kalau xde org guide kita untuk relax n selawat, aku rasa boleh gile jgak menahan sakit..especially masa contraction tgh datang..aku sndiri rasa cm nak menjerit stiap kali rasa contraction. nurse ade tanya nak amik epidural ke tuk bersalin..aku mmg dah tetapkan iman xmau amik epidural pasal aku nak rasa mcm mana sakit bersalin ni..but masyaALLAH sakitnye mmg tak terkata..dah sampai satu masa, lepas 2 jam aku menahan sakit kt bilik tuh, aku bgtau suami aku, aku nak epidural..sakit sangat ..aku rasa jari hubby aku pon mmg dah kebas kne genggam ngan aku stiap kali contraction..nurse check, lepas 2 jam, aku pnya bukaan masih lg 4 cm..patutnya dah 6 cm..tp xbukak2 lg..so nurse cakap, boleh lg amik epidural if nak..aku terus cakap NAK..so while waiting untuk nurse panggil anaesthecian datang tuk injek epidural, aku dok menahan sakit..dalam tempoh 2 jgak la aku dnga ade 3 kelahiran bby lain..aku dok ckp ngan anak aku, syg, tolong ibu ek..kuar cepat..ibu dah tak tahan sakit lg ni..

tak sampai 10 minit, nurse datang blik bilik aku, ckp pakar bius ade operation so xle nak kuar tuk injek epidural kt aku..WHATT?????..aku ckp kt nurse bgla ape2 ubat pon..dah xsanggup nak tahan dah ni..so last, doktor bg aku cm ubat kebas la..hubby ckp, kt minum la sket air selusuh yang dia dah buatkan tuk aku few days ago..so aku minum seteguk guna straw..n takdir ALLAH, lepas aku minum, masyaALLAH sakit yang aku rasa lebih 100x ganda sakit dari yang aku rasa sebelumnya..aku menjerit sakit..nurse tnya samada sakit contraction or sakit nak berak..aku ckp sakit nak berak..dia check, jalan dah bukak 6 cm..dorang dah gelabah..kelam kabut panggil doktor oncall..dorang monitor aku..xsampai 10 minit, aku sakit lg..kali ni lg teruk..lg kuat..masyaALLAH!!..sakitnya aku tak leh bygkan..bila check lg, jalan dah bukak 8 cm..xsampai 5 minit sakit 2 datang lg..kali ni mmg dah tak boleh tahan..aku jerit je..xpedulik org lain dah..doktor check, dah bukak 10 cm..ready for delivery..

Doktor oncall call Prof Azurah, dia still on the way..doktor ckp nak tunggu Prof Azurah or nak dia sambut..aku ckp, xkisah la siapa pon..dah sakit sangat2 dah ni..aku dah rasa panas kt bawah..terus nurse n doktor prepare tuk aku bersalin..sekelip mata bilik bersalin aku dikerumun dengan nurse..masing2 bg encouragement tuk aku push..cara push yang betul, tarik napas panjang2 teran pandang lutut..jgn pandang atas..lepas2 teran sepanjang yang boleh..stiap kali aku buat br\etul, nurse mesti cakap pandai!..pandai!..betul dah 2..teran lagi!..sampai aku dah putus napas dorang suh push jgn berenti..aku siap ckp sy dah xde napas dah ni..haha!..dorang xbg stop pasal klu stop n kt relax, baby akan masuk balik..so rugi la tenaga yang dah push 2..ade sekali tuh, tgh push gila2 ni tiba2 doktor suh stop..apakah?..hehehe..rupenye dia nak twist baby sket before kuar..sambung balik...

...push!....

...push!...

...and...

Alhamdulillah..lahir dengan selamat seorang umat nabi Muhammad S.A.W pada jam 5.19 pagi dengan berat 3.47 kg..lepas lahir, nurse letakkan anak di atas dada aku..it is such an amazing feeling to see this tiny little hand infornt of you..seriously, sume sakit beranak dah hilang n xingat dah pon sakitnya..lepas 10 minit bby lahir, O&G aku, Prof Azurah sampai..dia siap cakap I dah langgar suma traffic light nak sampai hospital cepat2 tp your baby nak keluar dulu..so she examine epi aku n jahitkan je..alhamdulillah suma dah selesai n tak ada masalah yang besar..thanks to semua staff HUKM and UKMSC yang handle aku n  baby dari mula masuk sampai discharge..layanan mmg baik n aku rekemen to others.

Debaran selepas jerebu

25.06.2013 tak mungkin hilang dr ingatan aku..Di kala Malaysia diserang jerebu yang menyesak dada, alhamdulillah, Allah turunkan hujan yang membersihkan semua debu2 kota yang dh seminggu berhamburan di ruang angkasa..Takdir Allah, time hujan rahmat turun, aku mula merasa regular contraction. BUT FYI, aku tak tau pon tue regular contraction..sengal tak?..rasa perut keras cm nak berak tp xberak..wakakaka!..and sebab aku ni jenis bangsa degil, dok la lepak2 kt umah menahan sakit smpi kul 10 malam..bgus tak?..hahaha!.. but bila rasa sakit perut dah makin lama makin kuat, aku bgtau husband jgak akhirnya..perut rasa keras, panas, sume ade la..husband ajak p klinik check..so aku pon bersiap la nak g klinik..tp sebelum nak kuar je, perut rasa sakit balik..p toilet jap..ok hajat tercapai..byk la jugak kuar sisa makanan yang dok mkn sejak pg..hehehe..dh lega perut ckp kt hubby, dah xsakit dah..jom tdo..hahaha!..sengal kn aku?..

Braxton Hicks contractions

Sharing is caring. credit to Babycenter.com

What are Braxton Hicks contractions?

Braxton Hicks contractions are sporadic uterine contractions that start about 6 weeks into your pregnancy, although you won't be able to feel them that early. You probably won't start to notice them until sometime after mid-pregnancy, if you notice them at all. (Some women don't.) They get their name from John Braxton Hicks, an English doctor who first described them in 1872.

As your pregnancy progresses, Braxton Hicks contractions tend to come somewhat more often, but until you get to your last few weeks, they'll probably remain infrequent, irregular, and essentially painless. Sometimes, though, Braxton Hicks contractions are hard to distinguish from early signs of preterm labor.

Play it safe and don't try to make the diagnosis yourself. If you haven't hit 37 weeks yet and you're having more than four contractions in an hour — or you have any other signs of preterm labor (see below) — call your caregiver immediately.

By the time you're within a couple of weeks of your due date, your cervix has likely begun to "ripen" or gradually soften up in preparation for labor. Your contractions may get more intense and more frequent, and they may cause some discomfort. Unlike the earlier painless and sporadic Braxton Hicks contractions, which caused no obvious cervical changes, these contractions may help your cervix thin out (efface) and maybe even open up (dilate) a bit. This period is sometimes referred to as pre-labor.

Set berpantang

Dah dekat2 nak bersalin ni, dah mula risau pasal berpantang pulak..ye la, menda nak pakai lama kn..kena la jaga betul2..ari2 aku tgk, byk btol produk berpantang yang ada kt Malaysia ni..untong laa..tinggal pilih je mane yang berkenan di hati..

Dari hasil pembacaan aku, perpantang ni sebenarnya adalah masa tuk heal badan setelah 9 bulan bertungkuslumus jadi perumah untuk our precious little one..sepanjang time mengandung, knpem la badan sume dah lari kn?..so kena la betulkan balik alignment..dul senang je..panggil bidan, sume pon bidan akan sediakan..sekarang, byknye dorang tolong urut je..brg berpantang ni sume beli sendiri..so, jom kt carik!..

Precious little one's first oversea journey

Alright, it's official, aku dah 30 weeks pregnant..Alhamdulillah sumenye normal n according to the right path..ari ni aku nak share my journey dengan precious little one for hubby's convocation last week..

Sebenarnya memang dah tahu hubby punya konvo is in April and we have bought the ticket since December lg..so nak tak nak mmg kne g la kn..tiket bukan murah woo..since this is our first baby and we will be flying for 7 hours ++ to Sydney, of course la anxious giler..takot anything happen to the baby especially..as always, a mother will always be a mother kn?..

Dulu pernah dengar yang airlines memang tak bagi pregnant mother at certain weeks to fly..so gigih la mencarik..so when I gugel Malaysia Airlines punya rules n regulation, alhamdulillah it was stated clearly that pregnancy below 32 weeks (international) and 35 weeks (domestics) are allowed to fly..but to be on a safe side, my hubby called the office and ask himself bout it and it is still the same..cuma they need surat doktor untuk mengesahkan yang kita ni fit to fly..and the surat tue cume laku seminggu dari tarikh dikeluarkan..in other word, pegi la klinik 2 or 3 days before you nak fly..n balik la before a week..kalau tak kne g klinik kt oversea tuh tuk dapatkan surat doktor lagi.. so ok la kn..one kemusykilan telah selesai..

Baby stuff

As the baby is coming very soon, mothers will be one of the busiest person in the world. what to do..to buy..and since this is my first experience, of course I am freaking out!!..but..luckily la sekarang zaman dah canggih..semua pon ada di hujung jari..alhamdulillah..

so ape yang perlu dibuat?..first and foremost, sila gugel newborn checklist tuk memudahkan anda mendapatkan idea apa yang perlu disediakan untuk baby.. jgn risau..mmg byk ade kt online..omputih pnya checklist sampai la melayu punya checklist..ikut selera kita la nak pilih yang mana tuk jadi panduan..For me, I found that checklist yang dibuat by mypermatahati is the best. siap ada list barang tuk bawak g hospital, berpantang dan brg keperluan baby..so nnti korang download la sendiri ek..

lepas dah dapatkan senarai di hati, boleh la mula sit dawn untuk listkan bharga barang2 yang korang nak beli ek..sila maklum yang barang-barang baby bukan murah2 anak tau skrg..stroller, car seat, baby cot..blablabla..sume main ribu riban (begantung kat brand yang korang nak la jugak la kn)..cm aku, since hubby dah ckp awal2 die nak atleast 6 org, I vote for quality..plannye, nak beli sekali n pkai bertahun2..smpi baby yang last..ehehehe..

Initial plan is nak borong everything kat expo baby..lots of my friends said that barang baby kt expo murah2..indeed!..especially baju ngan pampers but for others, kne tengok2 jugak tau..so think before you buy..ape yang aku buat, mase 4 month of my pregnancy, I went for window shopping at one of the expo..tetapkan hati n iman tak beli ape2 pon..misi utama, nak tengok harga..believe me, harga barang kt expo akan lebih kurang sama je walau mane pon expo yang korang pegi :-)

Dah tau sket2 harga market, aktiviti mengugel adalah teman baik aku..hehehe..and percayalah, byk online butik yang bg harga yang extremely murah compared to kedai kt expo..ye la, kt expo, dorang kne bayar tapak, bayar pekerja..sume 2 kos kn?..antara websaite baby yang populer, onebabyworld ngan mybbstore. dua website ni mmg byk bagi aku ilmu tuk kick start brg2 yang nak beli tuk baby..lepas dah agak2 estimate harga, baru la start blog walking.

TAPI, satu je masalah bile slalu sgt blogwalking..korang akan tends tuk jumpe mnda2 yang tak perlu but comel..n korang akan gatal nak beli..cm aku la..hahaha!..but luckily, hubby aku mmg sorang yang sgt wise pasal duit..so before nak beli ape2 aku akankne go through dia dulu..sebab dia kn banker aku..so sebelum nak beli, aku mmg kne soal siasat pasal keperluan brg. soalan hubby aku senang je...PERLU KE?..tp memandangkan jawapan die sgt susah nak bg, byk la jgak brg yang aku tak berjaya beli..huhuhuhu

Stakat ni, combination brg tuk anak kami adalah hasil aku blogwalking, facebooking, expo ngan kawan2 bg..alhamdulillah setakat ni, aku dah dapat most brg yang aku nak..nnti next entry aku share sket2 mane aku bli ek..

till then, think before you buy..

Scan 3D 4D

Ok, baby dah masuk 27 weeks..I've decide to do 3D 4D scanning..we choose Jezzlyn from 3D 4D scan Malaysia  to do the honour..tgk review, Jezz ni mmg bagus buat baby   3D 4D scan..lgpon, some of my friend pernah buat ngan dia n they are all happy dgn service yang Jezz bg..

So pada masa yang ditetapkan, aku pon p la ke Klinik Dr Fauziah kat Ampang tempat Jezz ni buat scan..tak susah nak carik coz gune GPS..ehehehe..so tepat kul 1.30 ptg, nama aku dipanggil..Jezz amik butiran penting aku n start scanning..memula tgk muka baby, rasa yaALLAH, this is real..this precious little one tgh membesar dengan sihat dalam rahim aku..alhamdulillah..and being baby, keje die mase ktorang scan 2 knpem la tido kn..alololololo...luruh hati ibu tgk muka anak ibu yang tgh tdo tuh..so sebab kt nak tgk movement baby, so Jezz suh I cakap2 ngan baby n kacau2 dia tidur..bila kacau n see the movement, I can feel mommies proud moment mase 2..tgk semua gerak laku dia time 2 buat I rase nak dia kuar sekarang jugak..muka bangun tidur, menguap, mcm2 la..my hubby yang tak berapa keen on buat this scan pon jd xcited..and yang buat dia lg excited, this procious little one muka mmg sebijik ikut ayah dia..xda pon muka I..huhuhu..but xpe la..bapak dia jugak kn?..klu kuar muka lain org ckp ape plak nnti..ehehehe..

So cukup la I membebel kn?.. layan la ek gmba2 my little precious one ni..jantina?..dah tau dah but we keep it to ourselves dulu la untuk this little one lahir..enjoys!

budak kecik ni tdo time scan..jom kita kacau dia..
baru nak bangun
dah mula beraksi..abis kaki sume naik dah..lasak btol anak ibu ek..

First trimester..what to expect?

Activities for your first trimester

Make sure you're really pregnantMost home pregnancy tests can accurately detect pregnancy in the week after your period is normally due – two weeks after you ovulate. If the test shows a negative or a faintly positive result, wait another few days or a week and try again if you still haven't gotten your period.

The ultimate pregnancy to-do list

Use our printable pregnancy to-do listto keep on track with all your tasks.
Take your prenatal vitaminIf you haven't started taking a prenatal vitamin yet, now's the time to start. It's particularly critical to get enough folic acid while trying to conceive and during your first trimester. Folic acid greatly reduces your baby's risk of developing neural tube birth defects such as spina bifida.
Investigate health insuranceMake sure you know what your health insurance plan covers as far as your prenatal care and delivery costs, as well as care for your new baby. Get answers to these questions by calling your health insurance provider or talking to your company's benefits department. If you don't have health insurance, find out where you can get help.

Choose a caregiverIf you already have a caregiver you love (who cares for pregnant women and delivers babies), you're set. If not, you've got some homework to do. Talk to friends and relatives, ask one of your other healthcare providers to recommend someone, check out the preferred providers under your health insurance plan, or search online.
Make a prenatal appointment

Many caregivers won't see you until you're at least 8 weeks pregnant, but you'll want to get on their calendar well before this since appointments can fill up fast.
To prepare, jot down the first day of your last period so your caregiver can determine your due date and start making a list of any questions that arise. Talk to relatives on both sides about your families' medical histories. Your caregiver will want to know whether any chronic conditions or genetic abnormalities run in either of your families.
Consult your caregiver about medications you're takingMany drugs – even some over-the-counter ones – aren't safe during pregnancy. If you take any medications to treat a chronic condition, don't stop cold turkey but do call your caregiver right away to go through your medication list and find out what's safe and what's not. Mention everything, even vitamins, supplements, and herbs.
If you smoke, quitSmoking raises your risk of a host of problems, including miscarriage, placental problems, and preterm birth. It also slows fetal growth and increases the risk of stillbirth and infant death. Some research has even linked smoking to a greater risk of having a baby with a cleft lip or palate.
It's never too late to quit or cut back. Every cigarette you don't light gives your baby a better chance of being healthy.
Stop drinking alcohol

As little as one drink a day can raise the odds of low birth weight as well as your child's risk of problems with learning, speech, attention span, language, and hyperactivity.
No one knows exactly how harmful even the smallest amount of alcohol may be to a developing baby, so skip the booze altogether.
Cut down on caffeine
Studies have linked high caffeine consumption to miscarriage and other pregnancy problems. That's why the March of Dimes advises expectant moms to limit their caffeine intake to less than 200 mg per day (that's about one 12-ounce cup of coffee).

Make sure your activities are pregnancy-safe

Some activities, jobs, and hobbies can be hazardous to you and your developing baby. There are chores you should avoid now, and everyday things in your home – such as cleaning products, pesticides, solvents, and lead in drinking water from old pipes – to steer clear of.
If you're routinely exposed to chemicals, heavy metals (like lead or mercury), certain biologic agents, or radiation – as can happen in some research and medical jobs – you'll need to make changes as soon as possible.
Talk to your doctor or midwife about what your daily routine involves, so you can come up with ways to avoid or eliminate hazards in your home and workplace.
Start avoiding hazardous foodsDuring pregnancy it's especially important to avoid foods that could contain bacteria, parasites, or toxins – including undercooked meat, unpasteurized soft cheeses, anything that contains raw eggs, sushi made with raw fish, raw oysters and other shellfish, fish that's high in mercury, and raw sprouts. Use caution with deli-style salads (especially those containing protein, like egg, chicken, ham, and seafood), hot dogs and luncheon meats, and smoked meats and meat spreads.
Do your best to eat well

Don't worry if you can't eat a well-rounded diet in your first trimester – nausea can make this impossible. Just do the best you can to follow the seven principles of eating well during pregnancy.

Stock your kitchen with healthy stuffMake your pantry, fridge, and freezer pregnancy-friendly by filling them with healthy eats like nuts, fresh and dried fruit, multigrain pasta, and yogurt.
Get relief from morning sicknessUnfortunately, "morning sickness" can last all day – and it strikes about three-quarters of pregnant women during the first trimester. If you have a milder case, some relatively simple measures may be enough to help. Try eating small, frequent meals and snacks and sticking to bland, room-temperature foods. Ginger and acupressure bands work for some women. If these things don't help, talk with your provider about taking vitamin B6 or an anti-nausea medication – these are considered safe and effective during pregnancy.
Go to bed early

In early pregnancy you may be more exhausted than you ever imagined you could be. Get more rest by turning in early – even if it makes you feel like a grandma.

Consider your options for prenatal testing
During your first trimester, your caregiver will offer you various screening tests that can give you information about your baby's risk for Down syndrome as well as other chromosomal problems and birth defects. A diagnostic test called chorionic villus sampling (CVS) may also be offered – this is generally done at 11 to 12 weeks. Or you may consider waiting until your second trimester for amniocentesis.
Learn the signs of a pregnancy problem
So many aches, pains, and strange feelings arise during pregnancy that it can be hard to decide what's normal and what's not. To complicate matters further, some symptoms may be more or less problematic depending on your particular situation or health history and on how far along you are in your pregnancy.
Here's a rundown of symptoms that could be a sign of a problem. If you have any of these complaints, call your doctor or midwife immediately.
Think about when and how you'll announce your pregnancySome women spill the beans to friends, family, and co-workers right away. Others wait until they're in their second trimester, when their pregnancy is well established and the risk of miscarriage has declined significantly. But if you're having morning sickness or pregnancy complications, or if your job is strenuous or potentially dangerous, you may have to tell folks (like your supervisor) sooner than you'd planned.

Start taking belly photos

Have someone take a picture of you every week, or take your own picture using your reflection in a mirror. It's a great way to see your progress, and you'll love having the keepsake.
Tips for a great shot: Consider wearing the same outfit, standing in the same spot, and striking the same pose (profiles work best) for each photo.

Start a daily ritual to connect with your baby
Set aside two five- to ten-minute periods a day to think about your baby. Just after waking up and before going to sleep works well for many expectant moms. During these times, sit quietly and gently rest your hands on your belly. Focus on your breathing and then start thinking about your baby (your hopes and dreams, your intentions as a parent, and so on). It's a great way to initiate the bonding process and to help you plan for the kind of parent you want to be.
Buy some new bras and undies
If your breasts are sore, get a good supportive cotton bra. Maternity bras can offer extra support, so try a couple on to see whether you like them. Your breasts might go up one or two more sizes, especially if this is your first pregnancy, and a knowledgeable sales associate can help you with sizing. And as your abdomen expands, maternity briefs, bikinis, and even thongs – if that's your thing – can make a bigger difference in your comfort than you may realize.
Have sex if you feel up to it

In your first trimester, you may feel too tiredmoody, or nauseatedto make love. But if you're feeling amorous (and you don't have any complications that may make sex dangerous), go ahead – you won't hurt the baby. The amniotic sac and the strong muscles of the uterus protect your baby, and the thick mucus plug that seals the cervix helps guard against infection.
Talk to your partner about parenting
To get the conversation going, try this creative writing exercise: Each of you makes two lists, one titled "My mother always..." and one titled "My mother never..." Then do the same for "My father always…" and "My father never..." When you're done, talk about what you wrote down and decide together which behaviors you value and which you'd like to change as you raise your child.
Make a baby budgetThink about how you'll handle new-baby expenses – the cost of clothes, food, diapers, toys, and gear can add up fast. Brainstorm where you can trim your budget to make room for your baby's needs. Consider making some budget adjustments now, and start banking your savings for your baby. For more information, check our Baby Costs Calculator.
Get ready to see or hear your baby
photo of pregnant woman's belly during ultrasound
At a prenatal visit around 9 to 12 weeks, you may get to hear your baby's rapid heartbeat with the help of a Doppler fetal monitor. Many women say it sounds like the thunder of galloping horses.
Some women have an ultrasound as early as 4 or 5 weeks (though the standard is between 16 and 20 weeks). If you do get to see your baby in the first trimester, don't be surprised if he or she looks like a lima bean with a tiny, flickering heart.
Start a baby name listYou have plenty of time to decide on a baby name – but it's fun to start writing down the possibilities. For ideas, visit our Baby Names Finder and baby name inspiration lists.

To-do's for every trimester

Drink waterDuring pregnancy you need six to eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid per day (48 to 64 fluid ounces) plus an additional 8 ounces for each hour of light activity.
Do some stretching

Stretching enhances your flexibility, prevents your muscles from tightening, and makes you feel looser and more relaxed.

Sneak in a pregnancy power napWhen fatigue makes it hard to get through the day, revive yourself with a 15-minute snooze. If you're at work, find a place you can escape (close your office door, use a conference room, even sit in your car) and set the alarm on your cell phone.
Pack healthy snacksWhen hunger attacks, it helps to have snacks that pack a nutritional punch ready in your desk, purse, or car. And if you're suffering from morning sickness, munching on a simple snack like crackers throughout the day or before you get out of bed can ease nausea.
Try a relaxation techniqueDeep breathing, guided imagery, prenatal yoga, and progressive muscle relaxation can help you stay on an even keel – and sleep better.
Take a quick walkA 15- to 20-minute walk can help boost your energy levels when you're exhausted.
Eat a pregnancy superfood

To give your pregnancy a nutritional boost, nosh on colorful fruits and veggies, eggs, salmon, sweet potatoes, yogurt, walnuts, beans, and more.

Write down a pregnancy memoryWhether you keep a formal journal or just jot down a few notes when the spirit moves you, you'll love sharing these pregnancy stories with your child someday.
Track your weight gainYour caregiver will monitor your pregnancy weight to make sure you're in a healthy range and gaining at an appropriate pace. You can also use our pregnancy weight gain tool to stay on track.
Do something nice for yourselfIf you're feeling up to it, go to a movie, have dinner out, get a pedicure, or do something else you enjoy. You deserve it – pregnancy is hard work!
Check in with a friend
