Tauhu sumbat bersama sos cili istimewa

Salam semua.

Today nak share sikit resipi tauhu sumbat dan ss cili istimewa..tauhu sumbat ni best mkn petang2 dengan air kopi / teh..klu beli kt kedai sebijik je dah rm40 sen..baik buat sndiri..mkn pon puas..kos tak la tinggi sgt..fot the tauhu sumbat i think most of us pon tau kn nak buat mcm mana..senang je..tauhu keras yg bli kt kedai 2 basuh n kerigkan tau..xla nnti masa masak minyak meletup2..panaskan kuali dengan minyak..agak2 la nak minyak byk mana..just to make sure tauhu 2 nnti goreng keliling k..once dah goreng n cantik keemasan boleh angkat dari kuali n toskan minyak..biarkan sejuk sikit tauhu 2..


Sementara tuggu tauhu sejuk sikit, bolwh la mula sagat2 sayuran yang nak disumbat..slalunya kt letak carrot, timun n taugeh la..sagat halus2 sikit..biar byk boleh sumbat dalam tauhu nnti..klu uols guna taugeh, celur sket ye taugeh 2..campurkan sume sayuran n toskan air..


Selesai sume 2 bolwh la mula menyumbat..potongkan tauhu bentuk segitiga n potong sket untuk bentuk poket kt tauhu 2..Lepas 2 sila la sumbat sayur2 yang dah ditoskan 2 sebanyak yg korang nak..jgn byk2 sgt..pecah nnti tauhu 2..hehee..


Orait jom beralih kt sos cili istimewa plak..BTW, boleh je nak mkn ngan sos cili biase but sejak kecik mmg my grandmum slalu buat sos cili sendiri..sos ni cm pedas2 manis..mmg mabeles la klu mkn ngan cucur udang, tauhu sumbat dan rakan2nya..hehehe..bahan2 dia bukan byk pon..n nak buat mmg mudah..ape ysnv lorang kne ada adalah:

10 batang cili kering

Gula

Sos tomato

Garam

Bawanf putih

Cara nak buatnya mcm ni..cili kering 2 mula2 rendam dgn air panas tuk buanngkan bijik cili..then blender la cili 2 sampai hancur..klu  oleh dgn bijik2 cili yang tertinggal pon hancurkan..so nnti xda la bijik cili termasuk appendix kita..hehe..lepas dah kisar cili 2, masukkan dalam kuali and keringkan cili 2 sampai masak..tak payah minyak..just cili je..once kering, masukkan sos tomato, gula garam dan bawang putih yg telah dihancurkan kasar..tambahkan air kalau terlalu pekat..balancekan la rasa as u wish..for me  suka a bit pedas..so i kurangkan sket gula..after all ingredient dah mesra n sos cili 2 dah mula keluar cm bubble2 boleh la tutup api n pindahkan kt dalam mangkuk..


Ok..siap dah..youguys boleh la hoaskan tauhu sumbat 2 cm i buat kt bawah ni..sedap untuk mkn petang..e.n even dinner..sos cili 2 klu tak abis boleh simpan dalam petiais n leh pkai  Blik masa depan..dlm seminggu dua 2 mmg bolwh tahan lg..

Vege boy..

Salam readers

Today I just wanna share new interesting thing that my precious little one buat..proudly announcing that he loves veges..alhamdulillah..mungkin coz since kecil I've started introducing Muiz to vege purees..walaupon jenuh la tahan telinga degan org keliling yg dok asik suh bg bubur nasik la..nestum la..but i insisted on veges n fruit and slowly introduced bubur nasi with vege purees to him..alhamdulillah..everything has turned out the way I want it..

Muiz enjoys his mixed veges..sila abaikan mess yg dibuat ye..hehe

As Muiz is currently 15 months old, I've finally allow him to hold his own food..dah besar dah anak ibu ni..makan pon nak sendiri..but bertabahlah ye dengan mess yang dibuat..just bare with it..kejap je (ayat nak sedapkan hati yang kena kemas after every meak..okbye..)

So untuk mudahkan dia pegang, i cut his fruits panjang2..not that difficult to prepare baby food actually..panaskan kuali witholive oil, dump all the veges and tutup denga kuali sampai sayur2 lembut..and it's ready to be eaten..hehe..as for my son, he loves carrot, zuchini, mushroom and tomato..so almost everynight, msti ada these veges for him..in any cooking style la..as people said, as long as anak nak makan, ibu sanggup sediakan..i love u little muchkin..

Kebab is in the house bebeh

Jom masak kebab today guys..

ok..to make kebab actually tak susah..just need to prepare he marinate in advanced la..but once ready, it is as easy as cucuk2 and grill..hehe

lets marinate our chicken..ok, ape yang perlu ada is as follows je
Dada ayam dipotong dadu
serbuk lada sulah
sos tiram
madu
bawang putih dicincang
garam

mix all the above pnya item and masukkan dalam bekas bertutup..let it marinate for arleast half an hour dalam peti ais..lg lama lg meresap la marinate ke dalam daging ayam

So marinate dah ready..ulos boleh prepare the veges..rule of thumb senang je..anything yg keras boleh..so for me, i love carrots, zuchinii, onions and capsicum..potong each veges bentuk dadu jgak..kalau boleh sama saiz dengan the chikn breast la..so nnti masak sekata je..

Orait..bila sume item dah ready,ape lg..jom main cucuk2..cucuk la selang seli antara veges n ayam eh..guna kreativiti masing2..tak ada..oncecready, it's time to grill bebeh..as always la..periuk menang mmg my bestfriend in making healthy food..hehe..letak some olive oil on to the pan and grill it bebeh..what i always do is bg the food seared sket..and then close the lid and let it cooked till perfection..hehehe..

sementara tunggu 2 bolwh la prepare roti wrap tuk makan skali with the kebab..up to uols actually..roti prata ke, roti pita ke, wrap ke..anything pon boleh..

and wallah..siap dah my kebab..senang je kn..not only sihat..bt muiz and hubby really enjoys it..try it guys..delicious yet easy to make..

Grilled Salmon with veges for diet

Hi sume (bajet ade ramai reader la..haha!)..
Recently my family decide to live healthier by eating healthy food..actually. my hubby yang request since dia sgt risau dia obese.. FYI my hubby is ex rugby player..so build up badan dia mmg broad..silap sket ja msti jd gemuk..so as a isteri mithali(ececece..), i of course la will help and support him kn..so from now on, no more masak gulai lemak cili api for us especially dinner..lunch sekali sekala xpe la kn..hehe..
Hubby's diet regime is less carb..less sugar..less tau..bukan NO..klu no nnti I yang nangis..xckup makan..hihihi..
Jom sneak peek to our dinner tonight..


I cooked (actually grilled..) salmon with mixed veges..actually tak susah pon nak buat..uols boleh beli salmon block / fillet.. for salmon ni, we keep it veey simple coz salmon pnya rasa je pon dah sedap..so to enhance the rasa, i put a bit of salt and a pinch of thyme as marinate.. let it set for 5 -10 minutes and it's ready to be grilled..hehe..each side will take about 5 minutes to cook..but depands pada ketebalan jgak tau..xmo overcooked sgt..I use kuali menang..I pour bit of olive oil and put the fish on to the pan..oh, just to share, while grilling i tak tutup the kuali..so the grill akan nmpk cntik..

As for the veges, anything goes..ape je dalam petiais masukkan je..all this earthy veges is keras by nature..so I diced the veges not too small nor too big..for tonight i put cauliflower, brocoli, carrot, zuchinii, capsicum and kacang panjang (yang sejengkal tuh tau)..what i did is i will cook the veges in the same pan yg i grill my salmon..so rasa salmon dlm pan akan meresap dalam veges..bak kata org putih, binds the taste..ceeewah..

I will dump all the veges on to the pan and sprinkle some salt on to it..kacau sikit and tutup the pan until the veges cooked. I prefer the veges to be cooked with a bit of char..so rasa grill 2 sama cm salmon..usually it took about 4 -5 minutes je..

Actually senang je nak masak western ni..once you have all the nescessary ingredient, tutup mata pon boleh buat..okk, i tipu..klu tup mata nnti terbakar plak dapur comelku itu..but it is as simple as 1,2, 3  A,B,C..tak payah nak tumbuk giling cili segala..10 minit dah siap..hehe..and actually after a while you will find it is actually good for your body.. fresh veges, fresh food..less oil..less fat..semoga kami istiqamah dalam perjalanan ini..hehe
